Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Transact servers and applications, providing timely support to development and operations teams. Performance Tuning: Optimize Transact server performance through tuning and configuration adjustments. Security: Implement and maintain security best practices for Transact environments and access controls. Monitoring: Set up and manage monitoring tools to ensure the health and performance of Transact servers. Upgrades and Patching: Plan and execute upgrades and patches for Transact servers to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest features and security fixes. 10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years as Technical consultant overseeing Transact related activities Proficiency in JBoss EAP (Enterprise Application Platform) Strong knowledge of Java EE technologies Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
