As a Transition Management Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance, while optimizing processes and tools to provide exceptional services to clients.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services, all while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Leading transition management services and overseeing delivery teams to optimize client operations
- Experience in IT App SAP Transitions and Project Management
-Experience in leading SAP (ECC/HANA) and Custom App Transition Projects
-Understanding of Technologies (Infra & Or App) and keenness to invest in learning new technologies
ITIL Processes and understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services -
-Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve successful outcomes
- Implementing process optimization strategies to enhance service delivery and efficiency
- Analyzing system components to identify interactions and improve managed services
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop new skills
- Engaging in stakeholder management to build and maintain client relationships
- Utilizing automation solutions to streamline business processes and reduce operational risks
- Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and performance
- Overseeing risk documentation and operational risk management to mitigate potential issues
- Encouraging innovation and technology adoption to drive digital transformation efforts
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
