The role

The Transition Manager is part of our Global Business Services (GBS) Strategy & Transformation team. This role will lead top-tier process transitions that align with ongoing transformation initiatives. The person in this position will ensure all transitions support organisational goals and are completed on schedule, maintaining high quality. They will oversee various transitions in areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Supplier Operations, applying proven methodologies, standards, and industry best practices.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Execute transitions on every step (solution identification, knowledge transfer, ramp-up, hypercare, and handover to operations).
  • Monitor transition performance, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Follow governance structures, reporting standards, and performance metrics for all transitions.
  • Contribute to the successful execution of complex transitions and transformation projects, including ERP implementations and demergers. Ensure the quality meets the agreed budget and timelines.

We're looking for someone who

Rather than an exhaustive check list, focus on what really matters.

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing end2end transitions
  • Brings strong skills in transformation programs, including ERP implementations and carve-outs/demergers (is a plus).
  • Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization
  • Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
