As a Transition Management Services - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients by streamlining their operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency through managed services. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to deliver exceptional services to clients. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services to clients. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on delivering value and driving continuous improvement in managed services.

Responsibilities

- Managing the transition and delivery of managed services to optimize client operations
- Experience with SAP/ERP transitions is a plus. 

-Project Management, Risk & Budget Management 

-ITIL Processes and understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services 

-Process Mapping and Re-engineering

- Leading delivery teams in executing project management and process optimization strategies
- Utilizing technology and process improvement techniques to enhance service efficiency
- Overseeing budgetary management and timely delivery of client projects
- Developing and implementing continuous process improvement initiatives
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
- Applying critical thinking to analyze complex problems and generate innovative solutions
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for business transformation
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster their development and growth

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
