Job Title: Transport Coordinator

• Coordinate transportation services for students and faculty.
  
• Schedule and assign routes for buses and drivers.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and transportation policies.
  
• Maintain vehicle records and coordinate maintenance schedules.
  
• Communicate with parents, staff, and transportation providers regarding schedules and changes.
  
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to transportation services.
  

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or equivalent with good communication skills.
  
• Previous experience in transportation coordination is preferred.
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
  
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software is a plus.
