Job Title: Transport Manager (Male Candidates only)

Role Summary:

The Transport Manager is responsible for overseeing the
daily operations of the school transport system, ensuring safe, efficient, and
timely transportation for students and staff. The role involves fleet
management, driver supervision, route planning, and compliance with safety
regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan,
  manage, and optimize school transport routes for efficiency and safety
  
• Supervise
  drivers, attendants, and transport staff
  
• Ensure
  all vehicles are well -maintained, serviced, and compliant with regulations
  
• Monitor
  daily transport operations, including pick -up and drop schedules
  
• Handle
  parent queries and concerns related to transport
  
• Maintain
  transport records (vehicle logs, fuel usage, maintenance reports, etc.)
  
• Ensure
  adherence to safety standards and school transport policies
  
• Conduct
  regular training and briefing sessions for drivers and staff
  
• Coordinate
  with school administration for smooth transport operations
  
• Manage
  emergency situations and ensure student safety at all times
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s
  degree or relevant qualification
  
• 3–6
  years of experience in transport or fleet management (school experience
  preferred)
  
• Strong
  organizational and problem -solving skills
  
• Good
  communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Knowledge
  of transport safety norms and compliance requirements
  
• Ability
  to handle emergencies and make quick decisions
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience
  in school transport management
  
• Familiarity
  with GPS tracking systems and transport software
  
• Leadership
  and team management skills
