Job Purpose
The Transport Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the entire school transportation system to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely movement of students and staff. The role includes coordinating routes, maintaining vehicles, handling drivers and attendants, ensuring compliance with RTO and safety norms, and providing excellent service to parents and staff.

Responsibilities -

Safety and Compliance

Transport Operation

Bus Maintenance

Coordination with Staff and Parents

Education: Graduate / Transport Management Course

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in managing school or institutional transport.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of RTO regulations and school transport safety norms.

Excellent leadership and people management.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Transport Management Software / GPS tracking systems.
