Job Description - Travel Consultant

Responsibilities:

Sell and book rail tickets for national and international journeys
Provide proactive travel advice, and effectively upsell and cross -sell additional products and services
Address customer inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain up -to -date knowledge of current promotions, offers, and advertising materials
Ensure travel center displays and resources reflect the latest information

Requirements

German language proficiency at B2 CEFR level or higher
2+ years of working experience as a Travel Consultant
Conversational English skills
Confident and proficient in using computers and relevant software systems
Professional appearance and a customer -oriented mindset
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
Punctual, reliable, and available for shift work, including weekends and public holidays
Valid driving license (Class B) is considered an advantage
Military or civilian service completed (or exemption applicable)
