A well -known plywood and decorative surfaces brand is looking for an experienced Travel Desk Executive to join its Administration & Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end -to -end domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and senior leadership.
  
• Coordinate flight bookings, hotel accommodations, train reservations, cabs, and complete travel itineraries.
  
• Handle urgent travel requests, cancellations, rescheduling, and modifications efficiently.
  
• Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors while negotiating competitive rates.
  
• Support senior management and business teams with seamless travel assistance and confidential VIP travel arrangements.
  
• Maintain travel MIS, including:
  • Monthly travel expense reports
    
  • Department -wise travel analysis
    
  • Cost -saving reports
    
  • Vendor performance reports
    
• Coordinate international travel requirements, including visa processing, travel insurance, forex, and related documentation.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Experience in corporate travel desk operations
  
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation abilities
  
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
  
• Customer -centric approach with high ownership and accountability
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 3–6 years of experience in corporate travel desk management
  
• Experience in large corporate, manufacturing, or industrial organizations preferred
