Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly
experienced Senior Backend Operations & Business Development Specialist to
join our Travel Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+
years of experience in operations & business development, preferably within
the travel industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient
functioning of our travel business, supporting the travel department in
delivering exceptional service to our clients.

• Oversee and optimize backend operations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
  
• Develop and streamline operational workflows for travel booking, billing, and customer support processes.
  
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements where required.
  
• Manage and maintain backend systems, ensuring smooth functioning, data integrity, and security.
  
• Coordinate with IT teams to resolve system -related issues and support operational continuity.
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop backend operations teams while promoting collaboration and productivity.
  
• Conduct performance reviews and organize training and development initiatives for team growth.
  
• Manage operational projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and cost -effective delivery.
  
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams and provide regular project updates to management/HOD.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while managing operational risks.
  
• Build and manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, including contract and SLA negotiations.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative solutions to enhance operations and customer satisfaction.
  
• Support business growth by strengthening existing processes and identifying new business opportunities, services, and partnerships.
