TVM/ML Compiler Engineer

We are looking
for a Compiler Engineer to collaborate closely with customers, understand their
compiler needs, and design and develop compiler solutions tailored to diverse
customer requirements. The role involves working across compiler front-end,
middle-end, and back-end components, implementing language features, code
generation techniques, optimization algorithms, and other compiler
functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with customers to understand
their compiler needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical
specifications.

• Design, develop, and maintain different phases of
the compiler, including front-end, middle-end, and back-end components, to meet
customer-specific requirements.

• Implement language features, code generation
techniques, optimization algorithms, and other functionalities according to
customer specifications.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in
compiler technology, programming languages, and industry standards to provide
valuable insights and contribute to the improvement of the compiler for various
customers.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior
members of the compiler engineering team, fostering knowledge sharing and
professional growth.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's,
Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related
field.

Technical Skills (Must haves):

• Extensive experience in compiler development,
with a strong understanding of compiler architecture, front-end and back-end
components, code generation, and optimization techniques.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as
C/C++ or other relevant languages used in compiler implementation.

• Familiarity with compiler frameworks such as
LLVM, GCC, or other industry-standard compilers.

Need to have (Can be bridged):

• Strong communication skills and ability to work
collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to translate customer requirements into
technical specifications and deliver tailored compiler solutions.

Good to have (Not essential):

Prior
experience in a multi-customer environment, adapting to diverse customer
requirements and delivering solutions tailored to their needs.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience
mentoring junior compiler engineers and contributing to knowledge sharing and
professional growth within the team.
