Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly
skilled and detail-oriented UI Developer to join our team in building and
maintaining reusable, accessible, and secure web components for our Ethos
Design System (EDS). This role involves working with modern web technologies,
ensuring performance, internationalization, and integration across multiple
frameworks. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in prototyping with
StackBlitz and maintaining code quality using Sonar.

Key
Responsibilities:

·        Design, develop, and maintain
reusable web components using Lit, HTML, SCSS, CSS,
and TypeScript.

·        Implement unit testing with vitest and end-to-end automation using Playwright.

·        Ensure cross-browser
compatibility and responsive design across devices and platforms.

·        Translate Figma designs
into functional, accessible components.

·        Integrate EDS components into Angular, React, Vue, and TypeScript applications.

·        Debug and resolve issues in
real-time across products using EDS components.

·        Use GitHub Copilot to
enhance development productivity.

·        Ensure accessibility (WCAG
2.1+) compliance, including keyboard navigation and screen reader support.

·        Implement internationalization
(i18n), multi-lingual support, and Right-to-Left (RTL) layout
handling.

·        Optimize components for performance,
including efficient rendering and bundle size reduction.

·        Apply cybersecurity best
practices in UI development, including secure coding and input validation.

·        Use Sonar to monitor
and maintain code quality, security, and technical debt.

·        Prototype and demonstrate
component usage and integration scenarios using StackBlitz.

·        Participate in agile
ceremonies, code reviews, and contribute to design system documentation and
governance.

Required
Skills & Qualifications:

·        Strong proficiency in Lit, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and TypeScript.

·        Experience with viTest, Playwright, and modern testing strategies.

·        Familiarity with GitHub
Copilot and AI-assisted development workflows.

·        Experience with Figma and translating designs into code.

·        Proven ability to integrate
components into Angular, React, Vue, and other frameworks.

·        Solid understanding of accessibility
standards (WCAG) and tools like axe-core or Lighthouse.

·        Experience with i18n, multi-lingual,
and RTL support.

·        Knowledge of performance
optimization techniques.

·        Awareness of cybersecurity
principles in frontend development.

·        Experience using Sonar for code quality and security analysis.

·        Proficiency in StackBlitz for rapid prototyping and demos.

·        Strong debugging and
problem-solving skills.

Preferred
Qualifications:

·        Experience contributing to or
maintaining a design system.

·        Familiarity with CI/CD
pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies.

·        Knowledge of web component
standards and custom elements.

·        Experience with accessibility
audits and automated testing tools.
