Job Description - UI Lead

Dear Candidate,

We are excited to share an excellent career opportunity with TIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. for the position of UI -Lead.

Position Details:

Position : Permanent
Location: Bhubaneswar
Working Days : 5 Days
Experience: 10+ years
Notice Period: Immediate
Mandatory Skillset : UI Lead, Reactjs, Nextjs, Cloud, Tailwind, analytics, WCAG(ADA)

Requirements

Responsibilities:

ï· Lead and manage a team of front -end developers, UX designer ensuring the successful delivery

of high -quality UI solutions.

ï· Define and drive the overall UI strategy, aligning design objectives with business goals

ï· Oversee the end -to -end UI design process, from requirement gathering to wireframing,

prototyping, and final implementation.

ï· Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.

ï· Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business

requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

ï· Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

ï· Ensure best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and cross -browser compatibility

ï· Stay updated on the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in the team.

ï· Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and

creative work environment.

ï· Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration between front -end and

backend components.

Qualifications:

ï· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

ï· 10+ years of experience in UI development and front -end development, with at least 5+ years in

a management or leadership role.

ï· Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front -end JS frameworks with a focus

on React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, analytics, WCAG(ADA)

ï· 5+ years of experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

ï· 5+ years of experience using Agile methodology.

ï· 3+ years of experience implementing products at customer sites.

ï· In -depth knowledge of responsive design principles, cross -browser compatibility, and

accessibility standards.

ï· Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design and front -end development.

ï· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast -paced, agile environment.

ï· Excellent problem -solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

ï· Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior members, and drive UI innovation.
