Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UiPath RPA Developer with over 5+years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, particularly leveraging Re-Framework and related components. This role involves end-to-end RPA project execution—from solution design to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance—with a strong focus on process optimization, debugging, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate should bring in-depth technical expertise in OCR, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and web/data/screen scraping, along with familiarity in ERP integrations like JDE and Oracle EBS. Additional knowledge of technologies such as .NET, SQL, Git, Azure is highly desirable. This position operates during 3rd shift (overnights, India-based) to align with U.S. business hours and includes regular weekend maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

UiPath Development & Deployment
- Design, develop, and deploy robust UiPath workflows using Re-Framework.
- Deploy and manage bots via UiPath Orchestrator, including Queues, Assets, and Schedules.
Process Analysis & Design
- Identify new automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
- Analyse and document business processes to translate into automation solutions.
- Participate in solution design and ensure alignment with business requirements.
RPA Lifecycle Management
- Lead and support all phases of RPA project lifecycle—from development to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior developers.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues in production and test environments.
- Provide quick resolution for bugs, change requests, and enhancements.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UAT, BA, QA, and project leads.
- Regularly communicate project progress and escalate critical issues promptly.
Documentation & Standards
- Ensure adherence to coding best practices, security standards, and naming conventions.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and project-related deliverables.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with latest RPA trends, UiPath features, and best practices.
- Contribute to Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and evaluate new tools and technologies.

Technical Skills Required:

UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Re-Framework
Work Queues, Storage Buckets, Logging & Debugging
Screen, Web & Data Scraping (Including OCR & ML)
Process & Control Room Management
Change Requests, Bug Fixes & Process Enhancements
Monitoring & Maintenance in Test and PROD environments

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):

ERP experience: JDE, Oracle EBS
.NET, SQL, Azure DevOps, Git
Exposure to Generative AI, AI Center, and Document Understanding in UiPath
UiPath Insights, Test Suite, or AI Fabric experience
Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Certifications Preferred:

UiPath Certified RPA Developer (Advanced or Associate)
UiPath Automation Developer Certification

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and in team environments
Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Education: Any Graduate or equivalent.
