UI/UX Designer

• Design clean and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  


• Assist in translating business requirements and BA wireframes into structured UI designs.
  


• Follow established design patterns and ensure consistency in layout, typography, colors, and UI components across screens.
  

• Create basic wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar design tools.
  


• Support the design team in presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback into improvements.
  


• Assist in preparing design prototypes that help stakeholders understand the user flow before development.
  

• Work with developers to support the proper implementation of UI designs.
  


• Provide design assets, specifications, and screen details when required.
  


• Ensure designs are practical and aligned with development feasibility.
  

• Contribute ideas to improve usability and interaction design.
  


• Assist in identifying usability issues and suggesting design improvements.
  

• Follow established UI guidelines, design systems, and brand standards.
  


• Maintain organized design files and documentation to support team collaboration.
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
  


• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
  


• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Cloud Products.
  


• Understanding of UI design, wireframing, and responsive design concepts.
  


• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and usability basics.
  


• Basic experience designing interfaces for desktop and mobile devices.
  


• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS concepts.
  


• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly with team members.
  


• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for UI design, ideation, and workflow support.
  


• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work or projects.
  

• Exposure to Agile development environments.
  


• Basic understanding of usability testing or user feedback collection.
  


• Experience working on web or mobile application projects.
