Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the CTO and founders to redefine the online home exploration experience.


• Design intuitive and engaging customer-facing web and mobile experiences.


• Build and enhance internal tools that improve SOPs, analytics, decision-making, and coordination across business, operations, and channel partner teams.


• Design and improve TruIQ, Truva's next-generation real estate intelligence platform.


• Work closely with engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful user experiences.


• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Ensure consistency, usability, and aesthetic excellence across all products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing user interfaces for customer-facing products and/or internal enterprise tools.


• Strong proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch.


• Experience designing for both Web and Mobile Web/App platforms.


• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with engineers, product teams, and business leaders.


• Strong understanding of usability, user-centered design, and visual design principles.


• Ability to balance functionality with aesthetically pleasing designs.


• Passion for creating experiences that significantly improve upon existing industry standards.
