UI/UX Designer

 Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for feature launches and product iterations — from user research & wireframing to pixel-perfect UI handoff and usability testing.


• Translate complex workflows into intuitive, visually cohesive interfaces that align with brand identity and usability best practices.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to define user journeys, prioritize design debt, and validate hypotheses through A/B tests.


• Design and maintain scalable component libraries and design tokens in Figma to ensure consistency across platforms and reduce dev handoff friction.


• Conduct user interviews, heuristic evaluations, and competitive analysis to inform data-driven design decisions and improve conversion metrics.


• Present design rationale to stakeholders with clarity, backed by user insights, design principles, and business impact.
