About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX
Designer to create intuitive, scalable, and visually polished experiences for
enterprise applications. You will design dashboards, web applications, mobile
applications, design systems, and complex business workflows. You will work
closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform
business requirements into clear and user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise web and
  mobile applications.
  
• Create dashboards,
  administrative panels, data-heavy interfaces, and operational workflows.
  
• Translate business requirements
  into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  
• Create and maintain scalable
  design systems and reusable UI components.
  
• Use design systems such as
  Tailwind CSS as a reference for consistent spacing, colors, typography, and
  component design.
  
• Maintain visual consistency
  across products and platforms.
  
• Collaborate with developers and
  product teams during implementation.
  
• Review implemented interfaces
  and provide design feedback.
  
• Conduct usability testing and
  incorporate user feedback.
  
• Prepare design specifications,
  assets, and interaction details for development.
  
• Continuously improve existing
  products based on user needs and business goals.
  

Requirements

Requirements

·       Proven experience as a UI/UX
Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

·       Strong experience using Figma
for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.

·       Experience designing enterprise
applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, or business systems.

·       Strong understanding of
user-centered design and usability principles.

·       Experience designing responsive
web and mobile interfaces.

·       Experience designing complex
workflows and data-dense interfaces.

·       Understanding of design systems
and reusable component libraries.

·       Strong attention to detail and
visual consistency.

·       Ability to communicate design
decisions clearly.

·       A portfolio demonstrating
relevant UI/UX and enterprise application work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing
  applications for manufacturing, logistics, finance, education, or other
  operational industries.
  
• Experience conducting user
  interviews or usability testing.
  
• Familiarity with design systems
  based on Tailwind CSS or similar systems.
  
• Experience working with
  role-based access, permissions, and multi-tenant applications.
  
• Understanding of Agile product
  development workflows.
