UKG Pro WFM Functional

We are looking for a UKG Pro WFM Support Consultant to provide expert functional support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) particularly in time and attendance, scheduling, and forecasting(Knowledge). This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise non-technical clients and technical team members.
Good client facing skills and able to Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on UKG Pro WFM functionality and configuration in virtual client meetings
Functional Responsibilities (Core Focus):
• Provide day-to-day support for end users across key UKG modules such as timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and forecasting(knowledge).
• Provide work estimates for system enhancements and be able to translate to system functional requirements / specifications
• Identify and resolve functional issues in collaboration with technical team and/or vendor (UKG) support teams.
• Review, analyze, and resolve configuration issues related to pay rules, work rules, schedule groups, and employee classifications.
• Liaise with clients to gather business requirements and implement system enhancements or changes.
• Participate in unit & regression testing and validation of upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
• Maintain system documentation

Value-Add: Technical Capabilities (Nice to Have):
• Basic troubleshooting of integration issues (e.g., data load failures, file transfers).
• Understanding of how data flows between UKG and external systems such as payroll or HRIS.
• Familiarity with SFTP, APIs, or middleware tools like Dell Boomi.
• Ability to perform data validation using tools such as Excel or basic SQL.
