UKG Ready Functional Consultant

Nextlink is seeking for skilled and enthusiastic UKG Ready
Functional Consultants to join our team for an immediate client engagement.
The primary focus of this role will be on the functional configuration,
implementation, and support of UKG Ready across key HCM modules.

Candidates with hands-on UKG Ready experience will be given
preference. However, professionals with strong experience in other HCM
platforms, along with a genuine interest and willingness to cross-skill into
UKG Ready, are also encouraged to apply.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support
  UKG Ready across HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor Management (TLM)
  modules.
  
• Understand business
  requirements and translate them into functional system configurations.
  
• Participate in
  functional implementation, enhancement, troubleshooting, and support
  activities.
  
• Work closely with client
  stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend appropriate
  solutions.
  
• Conduct
  requirement-gathering sessions, functional discussions, and provide
  solution-oriented recommendations.
  
• Support testing
  activities, including functional testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
  
• Collaborate with
  technical and integration teams wherever required.
  
• Ensure effective
  communication and coordination with client stakeholders throughout the
  engagement.
  
• Continuously develop
  expertise in UKG Ready and related HCM functionalities.
  

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Hands-on experience with
  UKG Ready is highly preferred.
  
• Strong functional
  knowledge of the following modules:
  
• Human Resources (HR)
  
• Payroll
  
• Time & Labor
  Management (TLM)
  
• Experience in HCM / HRIS
  implementation, configuration, or support.
  
• Understanding of HR and
  workforce management business processes.
  
• Knowledge of system
  integrations and interfaces will be an added advantage.
  

Cross-Skilling Opportunities:

• Candidates with strong
  experience in other HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors,
  Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar solutions may also be considered.
  
• Must demonstrate a
  strong willingness and genuine interest in learning and developing
  expertise in UKG Ready.
  
• A proactive learning
  attitude and adaptability are essential.

Note: This is a client-facing consulting role. All
selected candidates are expected to interact directly with customer
stakeholders. Strong communication skills are mandatory.

5. Work Location & Engagement Model

• Preferred Locations: Pune and Noida.
  
• Other Acceptable
  Locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai.
  
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with 3
  days per week working
  
• Remote working
  arrangements may be considered as exceptions for suitable candidates,
  subject to client approval.
  

6. Candidate Evaluation Criteria

Candidates will be evaluated based on the following
priorities:

1. Direct UKG Ready
   experience with functional configuration expertise.
   
2. Functional knowledge of
   HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor Management.
   
3. Strong client-facing
   communication and stakeholder management skills.
   
4. Integration experience,
   which will be an added advantage.
   
5. Relevant HCM experience
   and genuine willingness to cross-skill into UKG Ready.
