Requirements

• A background in Arts & Culture, Public Administration, or related field.
  
• Minimum 15 years in festival/event management, cultural programming, or non-profit leadership.
  
• Proven track record in initiatives for societal good—non-profit, CSR, or community development projects.
  
• Strong stakeholder management across government, corporate partners, and civic groups.
  
• Expertise in budgeting, sponsorship development, and financial oversight.
  
• Experience curating or producing large-scale, multi-venue public events.
  

• Exceptional communicator and collaborator, with a knack for building consensus across diverse stakeholders.
  
• Creative thinker with strong project-management and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Passion for Bengaluru’s culture and a deep understanding of its social landscape.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities with agility.
