Unica Implementation Expert - Tech Lead - VOIS

Lead technical implementation, upgrades, and workshops for HCL Unica software. Define and deliver high-level designs (HLDs) and reusable frameworks using appropriate BI technologies. Apply data modelling techniques and drive DW design activities. Configure and manage WebLogic and Tomcat environments. Install and integrate Kafka within marketing automation frameworks. Serve as the single point of contact for all technical aspects of the project. Ensure zero-defect delivery and adherence to company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution deployment. 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in Unica and BI technologies. Expertise in the HCL Unica Suite including Campaign, Interact, Contact Optimisation, Plan, Journey, Deliver, Segment Central, Audience Central, and COM. Strong knowledge of GCP BigQuery, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL. Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS. Skilled in writing high-level design documents and data modelling. Background in the telecom domain is essential. Familiarity with Java API design and testing is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
