Unit Incharge (Dialysis- Staff Nurse)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the dialysis unit, ensuring smooth functioning.
  

• Supervise nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care.
  

• Coordinate and schedule dialysis treatments for patients.
  

• Monitor and maintain dialysis equipment and supplies.
  

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality of care during treatments.
  

• Manage patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  

• Provide training and support to junior staff on dialysis procedures and patient care.
