Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets by delivering impactful pitches and presentations to key decision-makers at the CXO level for the D&B suite of products in the BFSI sector.
- Create, maintain, and execute a business plan for assigned accounts with clear goals and objectives, aligned with opportunities, customer needs, and D&B’s strategic direction.
- Implement marketing strategies by analyzing trends, conducting market mapping, and performing competitor analysis to support effective decision-making and demonstrate strong business acumen in forecasting sales.
- Drive field sales strategy to ensure a robust sales pipeline that consistently delivers on set targets.
- Map allocated accounts and build strong working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Act as a product expert, leveraging internal knowledge to build trust and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the highest levels of control and compliance while achieving sales targets.
- Organize and attend theme-based events targeting CXO/CFO-level individuals as part of the customer acquisition strategy.
- Ensure strict adherence to processes for error-free and timely project delivery.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth product delivery and fulfillment of customer service expectations.
- Maintain client data and contact details in appropriate data repositories with high standards of hygiene.
- File progress reviews and forecasting reports periodically, as required by management.
Key Requirements:
- MBA or any relevant post-graduation with minimum experience of 6+ years in BFSI sales
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills to leverage relationships across stakeholders to successfully drive results
- Good thought leadership for driving regional strategies; strategic and analytical focus
- Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment
