Unity Developer - Contractual Role

We are seeking a talented Unity Game Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for game development, possess excellent programming skills, and be proficient in Unity3D, and have a solid understanding of C# programming. As a Unity Game Developer, you will work closely with our game designers and artists to bring immersive and engaging gaming experiences to life.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with game designers and artists to translate game concepts into functional and visually appealing experiences.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality and efficient code using C# within the Unity3D environment.
Implement game features and functionality according to design specifications.
Optimize game performance to ensure smooth gameplay on various platforms.
Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality games.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to contribute innovative ideas to the game development process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, and QA testers, to achieve project goals.
Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers when needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5-9 years of experience in game development using Unity3D and C#.
Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and user experience.
Proficient in implementing 2D and 3D graphics, animations, and visual effects.
Experience with VR/AR development is a plus.
Knowledge of physics, mathematics, and algorithms as they apply to game development.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
