Unstop-Tech Lead-FullStack

Unstop is seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in PHP and full-stack development to join our team. This role is ideal for a senior technical resource with over 8 years of experience who is passionate about creating robust, scalable solutions and contributing to technical excellence. While this is not a team management role, you will play a key part in driving development initiatives and mentoring where needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications using PHP and modern full-stack technologies.
• Build scalable and secure backend systems and integrate them seamlessly with front-end components.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Debug complex technical issues and ensure platform stability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and guide the adoption of new tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on PHP.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, and familiarity with NoSQL databases).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control systems (Git).
• Solid understanding of full-stack development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker.
• Exposure to working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prior experience in a SaaS or product-based company.
