Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Admission Counselor to join our growing educational institution. This role is pivotal in shaping the student journey from the initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective students and their families.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, providing clear and accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and institutional policies.
Manage the end -to -end admissions process, including application review, documentation verification, and follow -up communication to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and administrative teams to align admission criteria with program standards and institutional objectives.
Maintain accurate and up -to -date records in the student information system; ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Provide support to students during the transition from application to enrolment, including orientation coordination and onboarding guidance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in admissions counseling, student services, or teaching within an educational institution.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced environment.
Basic understanding of financial aid processes, scholarships, and enrollment policies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a mission -driven educational setting.
