• Handling Front Desk

• Assisting HR, doing admin work

• File Management / Documentation.

•  Attendance Management.

•  Leave Records Management.

• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
