### *Responsibilities*
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic imaging and laboratory results.
- Conduct a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, TURP, prostate biopsy, and renal stone removal via lithotripsy.
- Execute advanced surgical interventions such as nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, bladder augmentation, urinary diversion surgery, and bladder suspension surgery.
- Perform complex reconstructive and corrective procedures including urethral stricture repair, urinary bladder repair, and penile prosthesis implantation.
- Lead and participate in minimally invasive and robotic -assisted surgeries, including vasectomy, vasectomy reversal, and artificial urinary sphincter insertion.
- Manage patients with urological cancers, including prostate, bladder, and kidney cancers, through surgical resection (e.g., cystectomy, orchiectomy) and multidisciplinary care coordination.
- Perform and oversee renal transplantation procedures in collaboration with transplant teams.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care, including patient education, complication management, and follow -up.
- Maintain accurate, up -to -date medical records and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, research initiatives, and continuous professional development to support quality improvement and innovation.

### *Requirements*
- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Urology (MD/MS in Urology) from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in urology, preferably in a hospital or tertiary care setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in all required surgical procedures, including:
- Artificial Urinary Sphincter Insertion
- Bladder Augmentation
- Bladder Suspension Surgery
- Cystectomy
- Cystoscopy
- Kidney Stone Removal (Lithotripsy)
