### *Responsibilities*
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with urological disorders.
- Conduct a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, TURP, and prostate biopsy.
- Execute complex surgical interventions such as prostatectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, pyeloplasty, and renal transplantation.
- Perform advanced reconstructive and corrective surgeries including bladder augmentation, urinary diversion surgery, bladder suspension surgery, and urethral stricture repair.
- Provide expertise in male reproductive health, including penile prosthesis implantation and vasectomy/vasectomy reversal procedures.
- Lead and participate in the management of kidney stone disease through lithotripsy and endoscopic stone removal.
- Manage patients requiring artificial urinary sphincter insertion and orchiectomy for oncological or functional indications.
- Collaborate with transplant teams in pre - and post -operative care for renal transplant recipients.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records and documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing medical education, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior medical staff, residents, and medical students in clinical and surgical techniques.

### *Requirements*
- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Urology (MS in Urology or DNB in Urology).
- Minimum of 1 year of post -qualification clinical experience in a hospital or specialized urology center.
