*Responsibilities:*
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests (e.g., imaging, urodynamic studies, lab results).
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urological conditions, including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), prostate cancer, erectile dysfunction, infertility, and voiding disorders.
- Perform minimally invasive and surgical procedures such as cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy, prostate biopsies, and transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP).
- Collaborate with other specialists—including nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, and endocrinologists—to develop integrated treatment plans for complex cases.
- Provide pre - and post -operative care, including patient education, risk assessment, and recovery monitoring.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely medical records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with advancements in urology through continuous professional development, research, and participation in clinical trials.
- Mentor and support junior medical staff, residents, and medical students during clinical rotations and procedures.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental performance metrics.

*Requirements:*
- MBBS degree followed by MD/MS in Urology or equivalent postgraduate qualification recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Minimum of 2 years of post -qualification clinical experience in a hospital or urology clinic setting.
- Valid and active registration with the State Medical Council and inclusion in the National Medical Register.
- Proficiency in performing and interpreting urological diagnostic procedures and surgeries, including endoscopic and laparoscopic techniques.
- Strong understanding of urological oncology, male reproductive health, and pediatric urology (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly to patients and families.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple cases, and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and hospital information systems.

- Fellowship or additional training in a subspecialty area such as urologic oncology, reconstructive urology, or infertility.
- Published research or participation in clinical studies in urology.
- Experience with robotic -assisted surgical systems (e.g., Da Vinci Surgical System).
