### *Responsibilities*
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with urological conditions.
- Conduct a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, TURP, and prostate biopsy.
- Execute complex surgical interventions such as cystectomy, nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, bladder augmentation, and urinary diversion surgery.
- Perform advanced reconstructive surgeries including urethral stricture repair, bladder suspension surgery, and penile prosthesis implantation.
- Lead and participate in minimally invasive and open surgeries for kidney stone removal (lithotripsy), vasectomy, and vasectomy reversal.
- Perform and manage renal transplantation procedures in collaboration with transplant teams.
- Insert and manage artificial urinary sphincters and conduct follow -up care for patients with urological implants.
- Provide pre - and post -operative care, including patient counseling, risk assessment, and complication management.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, and pathologists.
- Contribute to clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and hospital -wide protocols.

### *Requirements*
- MBBS degree followed by MD/MS in Urology or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Valid medical license and registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Minimum of 2 years of postgraduate clinical experience in a hospital or specialty urology setting.
