US IT Lead Recruiter

is looking to add US IT Lead Recruiter to the team. Be part of a fast -growing
team and build your career. Ideal candidate should have 10+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Act as a primary contact for the offshore
  recruitment team and ensure that all the requirements are fulfilled.
  
• Take responsibility and ownership for the complete
  delivery.
  
• Responsible for submitting qualified candidate to
  the client portal -VMS/MSP.
  
• Attend spotlight calls and share the MOM with the
  group without fail.
  
• Have proper understanding of scorecard and SLA’s
  (Service level agreement as per the client).
  
• Any rejection of resume on VMS/client should be
  reviewed and discuss the reasons with the team.
  
• Ensuing quality submission on every requirement or
  declining requirements where we know we cannot submit candidate within SLA
  
• Clear understanding of requirements and build
  pipelines for future sourcing.
  
• Manage the ATS portal content for all the active
  head count with Start date, work location, Pay rate, bill rate, BCG
  requirements etc. VMS data and ATS data should match.
  

Team management:

• Discover training needs and provide coaching to
  team members.
  
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues
  or conflicts
  
• Ensure that all assigned team -members have a solid
  understanding of client business objectives and plans in place to attain those
  objectives.
  
• Develop sourcing and screening strategies for core
  skillsets as per the client's needs.
  
• Ensure team members have all the resources to
  perform the responsibility. (Example: Job boards, ATS, Job posting). Give
  feedback on what external resources we need to succeed.
  

Other
Responsibilities:

• Ensure that you are recruiting on the requirements
  actively on a daily basis with your team members to set an example that you are
  hands on.
  
• Should be able to balance the team and client
  efficiently
  
• Should be able to make the team learn and try new
  concepts
  
• Should be responsible in creating the market
  research data of the roles when client requests
