US IT Recruiter

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Associate Recruiters to join our US IT Staffing Team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in US recruitment, work with global clients, and gain exposure to niche IT technologies in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle end-to-end US IT and Engineering recruitment activities.
  


• Source candidates through job portals and various online sourcing techniques.
  


• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical requirements.
  


• Reach out to potential candidates in the US through extensive calling.
  


• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
  


• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
  


• Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring timelines and client expectations.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  


• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical concepts.
  


• Strong learning attitude and interest in building a career in US IT Recruitment.
  


• Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  


• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven mindset.
  


• Comfortable working in night shifts (EST Shift).
  

Freshers and 2025 pass-outs with up to 6 months of experience in US Staffing or Bench Sales are eligible.
