US IT Recruiter

Andwill Management Consultants is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as US Enrollment Consultants. In this role, you will represent our US Education Outreach division, connecting with prospective students across the United States to guide them through their academic options and help them take the next step in their educational journey.

Tasks

• Strategic Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads in the US market to generate interest in educational programs.
• Academic Advising: Deliver detailed information regarding course structures, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
• Lead Conversion: Qualify potential students through effective engagement and persuasive communication.
• Data Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate records of all student interactions and call outcomes in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Communication: Exceptional English verbal skills with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
• Experience: Previous experience in International BPO or Sales is preferred; however, freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
• Shift Commitment: Must be fully comfortable working the night shift to align with US time zones.
