US IT Recruiter

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter based in India to support our US onsite hiring requirements across technology and consulting roles. The role will work closely with US-based stakeholders while coordinating internally with our technical teams to ensure high-quality candidate screening and faster closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US onsite positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and joining.


• Coordination with our US Staffing Partners for sharing relevant requirements and building a Pipeline. Internally source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and referrals. We’ll introduce other tools like Dice, Indeed, Monster in Q1-2027 for our internal US staffing team, till then majority of the pipeline will be sourced via our vendor partners.


• Awareness of technology skill-sets across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI-GenAI, QA, DevOps, and and related technologies.


• Conduct initial candidate screening covering technical fit, communication, location, work authorization, compensation, and availability.


• Coordinate closely with internal technical panels for L1 screening, interview scheduling with customers, feedback consolidation, and timely movement of candidates through the hiring funnel.


• Partner with US hiring managers/account managers and client stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize demand, and ensure high-quality submissions.


• Track hiring dashboards, ageing, conversion ratios, recruiter productivity, and recruitment SLAs.


• Should have a good understanding of US work authorization categories including US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT/STEM OPT, H4-EAD, and L2-EAD.


• Leverage AI-enabled recruitment tools for sourcing, candidate matching, screening, and overall recruiter productivity.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2-3+ years of relevant US IT recruitment experience.


• Strong understanding of US staffing and onsite hiring processes.


• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.


• Experience working with internal technical interview panels and US-based hiring managers/clients


• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and follow-through capabilities.


• Graduate in any stream
