US IT Recruiter - Bangalore

We are looking for US IT Recruiter for our Bangalore office.

We are on a immediate for US IT recruiter with 2-5 years experience for our operations based out of Bangalore.

Should be willing to work nights.

Salary would be commensurate with experience and best per industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Experienced in End-to-End talent acquisition Process.

Abreast with latest tools, technologies, processes and standards prevailing in the industry

Should be exposed to staffing and bench sales.

Well versed in recruiting for contract and Perm positions.

Convert leads in to potential clients. Meet the expectation of the client and followup on potential opportunities and result in a closure.

Understanding the job requirements and providing a pool of candidates within the specified deadline.

Sourcing through leading job boards, networking sites, personal network, referrals, and various sourcing techniques.

Screening candidates based on client's job description and identifying right resources in terms of technical & functional skills, experience of the required skill, assessing communication and check references

Maintain and Manage by regular follow up with vendors and consultants

Coordinate with client and candidates and schedule interviews per mutually convenience

Responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, checking references and updating job boards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skill.

Preference will be given to those having experience in one or more of the following….staffing Gov client, Federal clients, Wall Street client, Top 5 firm, working with Vendor Management System, Recruiting management systems.

Experience in interacting with people of different ethnicity and cultural background would be a plus
