US Logistics Dispatch Executive

Position Title: US Dispatch Executive

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Reports To: Dispatch Manager / Operations Lead

1. Position Overview

We are seeking a US Dispatch Executive with a minimum of 1 year of dispatch/logistics experience to manage and coordinate dispatch operations for our US-based clients. The candidate will be responsible for assigning loads, monitoring shipments, coordinating with drivers/carriers, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

2. Key Responsibilities

  Coordinate and arrange daily dispatch operations for US routes.

  Assign loads to drivers and monitor their progress to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain constant communication with drivers, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle scheduling, load planning, and real-time issue resolution (delays, breakdowns, rescheduling).

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure accurate and timely entry of dispatch details into the system/CRM.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain strong working relationships with carriers, brokers, and clients.

  
  


• 
  

  Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, load utilization, and driver compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in resolving billing, documentation, and compliance-related issues when required.

  
  

3. Required Qualifications & Experience

• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of work experience in US dispatch/logistics/trucking industry (mandatory).

  
  


• 
  

  Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Good knowledge of dispatch software, load boards, and CRM tools (DAT,Truckstop).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of US geography, routes, time zones, and DOT/FMCSA regulations (preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure.

  
  


• 
  

  Flexible to work in US night shift (06:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST).
