Job Description - US Outbound - Inside Sr/Sales Executive
Job Overview
We are hiring US Outbound Call Center Agents / Senior Agents for a US Appointment Setting & Sales process. This role requires professionals with international BPO experience, excellent English communication skills, and a strong sales mindset.
This is a high-volume outbound calling role focused on lead qualification, appointment setting, and sales conversations with US customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US prospects for appointment setting / lead generation / sales
Engage decision-makers using approved scripts and sales frameworks
Qualify leads and book appointments for the closing sales team
Handle objections, rebuttals, and customer queries confidently
Maintain accurate call logs, dispositions, and CRM updates
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (appointments, conversion, quality)
Adhere to US compliance, QA, and call quality standards
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Call Center (US Outbound)
Prior experience in Appointment Setting / Sales / Lead Generation
Excellent, impeccable spoken English (US accent preferred)
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable with US night shifts
Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Experience in US verticals such as Solar, Insurance, Real Estate, Home Services sales
Hands-on experience with outbound diallers
Proven outbound sales performance with consistent target achievement
