US Process - Manager Account & Finance - US GAAP / STAT

Looking for an MBA/Commerce Graduate with an experience of 5-7 years, who can help to analyze & prepare the financial statements as per US GAAP/ STAT, perform various reconciliations, perform regulatory/statutory reporting and other activities as per the process requirement.

What you’ll be do:

· Journal entries to complete the trial balance

· Expense accounting

· Intercompany accounting

· Month end close activities

· Balance sheet reconciliations including bank reconciliation

· Management, Regulatory and Statutory reporting

· Budgeting and Forecasting

· Variance and Trend Analysis

· Provide support during various internal/external audits

· Work independently and extend a strong working hand to support the leadership

· Liaising with the various stakeholders with the strong communication skills and process knowledge

· Responsible for keeping process documentation upto date
