We are seeking a dynamic, results -driven US Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for the end -to -end sourcing, screening, and initial vetting of candidates for various technical and non -technical roles across the United States.
You will act as the first point of contact for US -based candidates, ensuring a world -class candidate experience while maintaining a robust pipeline of high -quality talent for our US clients/internal teams.
Sourcing Excellence: Proactively identify and attract top -tier talent using diverse sourcing channels, including job boards , professional networks, ATS/CRM systems, and boolean search strings.
Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ technical capabilities, soft skills, cultural fit, and eligibility to work in the US.
Tax Term Expertise: Evaluate candidate profiles based on diverse US tax terms and employment types, including W2, Corp -to -Corp (C2C), and 1099.
Work Authorization Verification: Verify candidate visa statuses (Green Card, US Citizen, H1B, EAD, OPT/CPT) to ensure absolute compliance with US labor laws.
Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of candidates simultaneously, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) meticulously updated.
Relationship Building: Negotiate compensation/hourly rates and maintain highly professional, transparent communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a US IT/Technical Recruiter working from India.
US Geography & Time Zones: A strong grasp of US geography, state codes, and a comfort level working entirely within US business time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a neutral accent and the ability to build rapport quickly with American candidates.
Sourcing Techniques: Advanced proficiency with Boolean logic, X -ray searches, and modern sourcing tools.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical stacks, software engineering roles, cloud technologies, data science, and infrastructure terminology.
Tools: Experience working with major ATS platforms (e.g., Ceipal, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, JobDiva) and VMS portals.
