The Usage and Revenue Growth Manager will be a pivotal force in driving sustainable financial growth by
developing and executing strategies to increase customer usage (data, voice, international calls) and
maximize overall revenue per user (ARPU) and margins per user (AMPU). This highly analytical and
commercial role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and pricing
strategies within the dynamic telecom industry. The successful candidate will leverage data to identify new
opportunities, optimize existing processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure profitable
outcomes.
Responsibilities:
· Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to boost customer usage and
drive revenue growth.
· Pricing & Promotions: Design, implement, and monitor effective pricing and offer strategies,
considering market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance
profitability leading to growth in ARPU, AMPU & CLTV.
· Product profitability: Closely monitor product profitability to find opportunities to reduce cost and
increase the margins leading to increase in overall top line and profit.
· Customer Lifecycle Management (CVM): Collaborate with the CVM team to optimize the customer
journey, from onboarding to retention, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
services.
· Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to understand usage patterns, predict demand,
monitor KPIs (ARPU, churn, LTV), and translate complex metrics into actionable business strategies
and performance reports for senior leadership.
· Market & Competitor Monitoring: Proactively monitor and assess competitor pricing, offers, and
market trends to ensure Lebara maintains a competitive edge and identifies new opportunities.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Finance teams to
align growth initiatives and ensure seamless execution of new campaigns and product launches.
· Process Optimization: Drive efficiency through automation and technology, ensuring data integrity
across revenue systems and optimizing sales and marketing processes.
Required Skills:
· Experience: Proven experience in a Growth Management, Revenue Management, CVM, or similar
commercial role, preferably within the telecommunications or MVNO industry.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related quantitative field. An MBA or
Master's degree is a plus.
· Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in data analytics
platforms and CRM tools.
· Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically and translate analysis into concrete business
plans and revenue-generating initiatives.
· Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability
to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of telecom products, services, and the specific needs
of telecom consumers
· Proactive & Dynamic: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can
work both independently and collaboratively.
