About Amaha

Amaha was founded in 2016 with the vision of making high-quality mental healthcare accessible to Indians and their families struggling with mental illness - so they can feel better, get better, and stay better.

We are a mental health organization that provides high-quality care to individuals and their families who are struggling with any and all kinds of mental illnesses. In order to cater to the varying mental health needs of Indians, Amaha offers an ecosystem of mental healthcare - that includes 1-1 support with qualified therapists and psychiatrists, self-care tools, as well as peer support through an online community. Amaha has a strong digital and offline presence - in addition to online care delivered on our website and app, we provide in-person treatment and support through our centers in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. 

Amaha also partners with various types of organizations - including workplaces, colleges, and insurance partners - in order to extend mental healthcare to their members.

In 2022, Amaha joined hands with Children First, an organization based out of Delhi that offers mental healthcare to children and youth, in order to be able to provide care across the lifespan - from childhood to old age. 

Dr. Amit Malik, founder and CEO of Amaha, has over two decades of experience working in mental health globally and brings his clinical and entrepreneurial expertise to the table. In 2019, Ms. Neha Kirpal, a social entrepreneur and global mental health ambassador, joined Amaha as Co-founder and brings her lived experience insights to the organization. 

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager (User Acquisition) who conceptualizes, designs, and implements campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive user acquisition across the Amaha ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies across digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate partnerships
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audience segments, understand their needs, behaviors, and preferences
  • Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize user acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI, continuously testing and iterating on strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling messaging, creative assets, and landing pages that drive user engagement and conversions
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads) to effectively reach and acquire high-quality users within defined cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with relevant platforms, influencers, and industry stakeholders to expand reach and acquire new users
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in user acquisition strategies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to align user acquisition efforts with overall business goals and ensure a seamless user journey

Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on user acquisition, preferably in a tech startup or e-commerce environment
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and other digital acquisition channels. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Ability to develop innovative and data-driven user acquisition strategies, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalized messaging
  • Track record of driving measurable results in terms of user acquisition, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA) while meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners to achieve common goals
