Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes and software engineering solutions that enhance user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate concepts into tangible prototypes, ensuring that both technical feasibility and design intent are effectively balanced. You will engage in iterative design processes, gathering feedback and making adjustments to optimize usability and functionality, while also considering the broader implications of your work on the overall user journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience principles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Experience with user interface design and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
