Experience: 6-8 years

Education: 15 Years Full-Time Education

?Role: User Experience (UX) Engineer

We are looking for an experienced UX professional who can translate design concepts into rapid, tangible prototypes while balancing user needs, design intent, and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate design concepts into functional prototypes

• Develop optimized, intuitive and engaging user experiences

• Collaborate with product, engineering and cross-functional teams

• Facilitate UX workshops and brainstorming sessions

• Contribute to key design and product decisions

• Evaluate technical feasibility while maintaining design intent

• Provide UX solutions across multiple teams

• Mentor junior UX team members

• Continuously improve design approaches and user experience

Requirements

? Must-Have Skills:

• 6-8 years of experience in UX Design

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

• Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping

• Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing

• Strong understanding of UX processes and design thinking

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies

• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
