Job Description - UX Designer

Dear Candidate,

We are excited to share an excellent career opportunity with TIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. for the position of UX Designer.

Position Details:

Role : UX Designer Lead
Position : Permanent
Location : Bhubaneswar
Experience : 4+ years
Working Days : 5 Days
Notice Period : Immediate or 30 days max.
Mandatory Skillset : UX Design, HTML, CSS, Zeplin

Requirements

Responsibilities:

ï· Own the full product design process from user research to rollout, ensuring

solutions are both functional and visually compelling

ï· Translate research findings and user feedback into actionable design

solutions that solve real problems

ï· Build and maintain scalable Design Systems in Figma using components,

variants, auto -layout, and organized file structures

ï· Create interactive Figma prototypes to test concepts and communicate user

flows

ï· Conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate designs quickly based

on insights

ï· Collaborate cross -functionally with UX peers, Product Managers, and

Engineering teams to align on feasibility and constraints

ï· Present design rationale clearly in design reviews, articulating the "why"

behind every decision

ï· Ensure all designs meet high standards for usability and accessibility across

interfaces

ï· Prepare detailed UI handoffs using Zeplin (or Figma Dev Mode) with clear

specs and documentation

ï· Stay curious about AI trends and emerging tools that can enhance the design

process

Qualifications:

ï· 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing full

product design process (research to rollout)

ï· Expert proficiency in Figma: working with components, variants, auto -layout,

prototyping, and organized file management

ï· Skilled in user research methods and translating insights into design decisions

ï· Proven ability to run usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate rapidly

ï· Strong cross -functional collaboration skills with UX, PM, and engineering

teams

ï· High level of proficiency in both research and visual design

ï· Familiarity with data privacy and security considerations in design

ï· Technical knowledge: HTML, CSS (must have), and experience with Zeplin for

handoff

ï· Deep understanding of usability heuristics and accessibility standards

(WCAG)

ï· Excellent presentation skills for design reviews and stakeholder alignment
