Job Description - UX Designer




  • As a part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll be working with a team of designers, developers, project managers, and business analysts to bind and deliver a project. So, it would be expected of you to manage multiple tasks at hand and have good communication skills.

  • Provide reports, presentations, design deliverables effectively & efficiently considering the fast paced time frame.

  • Have detailed understanding of UI design trends & aesthetics, layout design, compositional skills and feasibility of the designs.

  • Ability to understand, analyze user research & convert it into usable data & insights.

  • Hands on experience in using software like Figma or Sketch.

  • Transform high level product requirements into digital platform solutions.

  • Experience with using UX research methodologies- qualitative & quantitative both.

  • To find novel ways to build and maintain a good design culture & design thinking in the team.
