About The Role

We are looking for a UX Designer with strong expertise in Framer to design and build high-quality, interactive digital experiences. You will be responsible for transforming user insights and product requirements into elegant UX flows, high-fidelity designs, and functional Framer prototypes or live websites. This role blends UX thinking, UI design, and no-code/low-code execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This role will be directly reporting to the Assistant Director - Branding and Communications, and you will be responsible for owning the brand’s UX design across the organization.

• Design user flows, wireframes, and interaction models based on user needs
  

• Build high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Framer
  

• Translate product and business requirements into functional Framer sites
  

• Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile
  

• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
  

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers
  

• Maintain consistency with brand and design systems
  

• Optimize UX for performance, accessibility, and conversion
  

Desired Qualification:

• 2-3 years of relevant UX design experience
  

• Framer experience needed, not mandatory
  

• Experience with no-code or low-code platforms
