UX Writer (Technical)

Key Responsibilities

• Create intuitive, concise, and user-centric content for web and enterprise applications.


• Write interface copy including labels, buttons, tooltips, notifications, error messages, and onboarding flows.


• Develop technical documentation and user guidance aligned with product functionality.


• Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and developers throughout the product lifecycle.


• Ensure consistency by following Design Language Systems (DLS) and content design guidelines.


• Organize and structure information using Information Architecture principles.


• Review and improve existing content for clarity, usability, and accessibility.


• Maintain content quality and consistency across multiple digital products.

Required Skills (Mandatory)

• 3–4 years of experience in UX Writing or Technical Writing.


• Strong expertise in UX Writing and Content Design.


• Experience with Enterprise or SaaS applications.


• Knowledge of Information Architecture principles.


• Experience working with Design Language Systems (DLS).


• Excellent written communication and editing skills.


• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional Agile teams.


• Proficiency in SEO best practices, including keyword research, semantic structure, and meta-content optimization for digital products.


• Familiarity with WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility standards and inclusive content practices.


• Demonstrated experience applying SaaS, Design Language Systems (DLS), and Information Architecture principles in real-world product workflows.

Preferred Skills

• French language proficiency.


• Knowledge of Accessibility (WCAG) standards.


• Experience working with global products and multilingual content.


• Experience integrating SEO strategies into content design for improved discoverability and engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.


• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience.


• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 20 days preferred.
