UX/UI Designer

Requirements

• 0–1 year of hands -on experience or equivalent practical exposure in UX/UI design
  
• Only Pune and Indore -based candidates preferred
  

• Good understanding of UX principles, user -centered design, and usability
  
• Strong knowledge of UI fundamentals such as color, typography, layout, and responsive design
  
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
  
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and maintain a professional portfolio
  
• Familiarity with user testing, agile workflows, and basic HTML/CSS & JavaScript
  
• Strong creative thinking, problem -solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently
  

• Design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications
  
• Translate user and business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing, and apply findings to improve designs
  
• Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture
  
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and timely implementation of designs
  
• Maintain design consistency by following design systems and brand guidelines
  
• Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
  
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices
